Cancellation Policy: To respect everyone’s time, cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the FULL APPOINTMENT FEE of the appointment cost.

Please Note: Don’t see a time that works for you? Just click “Join Waitlist” at the bottom of the scheduler and add your preferred day and time. Last-minute cancellations and openings do happen, but they don’t always show up online — the waitlist is the best way to grab one if it comes up!

Location & Check-In: Soul Lux is located inside the Thrive Business Centre. Enter through the main door (101-105 suite) and check in on the tablet to notify me of your arrival.
